我们赖以生存的地球在2023年面临着更多环境威胁，到2030年实现联合国可持续发展目标的进程已经严重滞后。绿色设计又称生态设计或可持续设计，是实现绿色、低碳、可持续发展的源头手段。

在此背景下，世界绿色设计组织将于2023年10月26日在德国柏林市举办2023绿色设计与绿色制造国际论坛（柏林）暨绿色转型与气候变化对话会。本届论坛重点聚焦于全球绿色产业合作的绿色新材料、绿色产品、绿色建筑及产业园区、自贸区绿色转型、循环经济与资源效率、能源转型与可再生能源、能源保护与能源效率等领域，汇聚政府政策制定者、行业标准倡导者、优秀企业家及绿色发展研究领域的专家，搭建连接绿色设计、绿色制造、绿色材料、绿色技术以及绿色金融的高端对话平台，促进绿色成果转化、加速实现双碳目标。

在此诚挚邀请世界各地关注绿色设计和绿色制造的政府机构、研究机构、权威专家学者、标杆企业、关注绿色发展的媒体等参与到此次论坛中来。

The earth we live on is confronted with growing threats in 2023, suggesting that the progress of realizing the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations (SDGs) by 2030 has lagged behind seriously. Green design, also known as ecological design and sustainable design, is the source means to realize green, low-carbon and sustainable development.

Against this backdrop, the World Green Design Organization initiated the 2023 International Forum on Green Design and Green Manufacturing and Dialogue on Green Transition and Climate Change (GDGM) in Berlin, Germany on October 26^th, 2023.. With focuses on sectors of new green materials, green products, green architecture and industrial park, green transition of free trade zone, circular economy and resource efficiency, energy transition and renewable energy, as well as energy conservation and energy efficiency, this forum gathers policy makers, industry advocates, authoritative experts and outstanding entrepreneurs in the field of green development, building a high-end dialogue platform that connects green design, green manufacturing, green materials, green technology and green finance, so as to promote transformation of green achievements and accelerate realization of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality.

We sincerely invite government departments, research institutions, authoritative experts and scholars, leading enterprises, and media who focus on green design and manufacturing from around the world to participate in this forum.
